Chicken liver paté- Made from fresh Free Range Chick Liver. The nutrients of the liver are captured in this delicious pate. Made fresh to be eaten fresh. Available at the Otago Farmers Market and selected Artisan stores.
Chicken Soup
Made from our Free Range Hens and locally sourced ethically grown vegetables. This is a delicious homemade soup, with no additives or preservatives.
Free Range Chicken Stock
Free Range Chicken Stock – We are processing our end of lay Free Range hens into delicious stock. Made traditionally with fresh herbs and vegetables to Alison Lamberts secret stock recipe. An authentic Artisan product made by hand. This will be sold to selected bakeries and cafés and available direct to customers at the Otago Farmers Market and through our on line ordering service.
Meat Birds
We have started rearing meat birds, both Cobb and Ross breeds.
We currently sell these to public to finish rearing themselves.
